Hygiene Products – Important Notice

According to consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

This includes, for example:

  • Sex toys
  • Masturbators
  • Anal plugs and other internal-use products
  • Intimate products
  • Underwear if the hygiene seal has been removed

If the protective seal or hygienic packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, returns are free of charge.

In other cases (for example, if you change your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Lingerie may be tried on over your own underwear.
